The Role
This is a hybrid role— half pre-sales Solutions Engineer, half post-sales Implementation Specialist. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to provide the technical depth needed to win $50k+ deals, while also leading implementation for larger customers to ensure their long-term success.
You will also own and manage Docket (our customer implementation + technical documentation system), ensuring consistent delivery across customer engagements.
