What You'll Do

Onboarding: Run calls with new customers to translate their workflows (services, constraints, and language) into structured AI setups.

Live Support: Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails. You'll troubleshoot real-time voice agent issues and think creatively when edge cases arise.
