This position ensures accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-up with carrier underwriters and insureds while maintaining high-quality data entry and system integrity across agency platforms.

This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and experience working within insurance management systems such as Applied EPIC and carrier portals.
