Experience in the home services industry is a huge plus. Experience with service-based business lead generation is required.
The role
You will own paid media strategy and performance across channels such as Google, Meta, YouTube, streaming/CTV, landing pages, tracking, and funnel analytics.
The goal is simple: generate qualified leads that turn into booked jobs and revenue.
Our target is typically a 10% cost-to-revenue ratio , with 20% as the upper limit depending on the account, measured against qualified booked or closed revenue whenever tracking allows.
What you’ll do
Own performance.
Diagnose what is broken.
Fix it.
Scale what works.
