With the largest budget within the Marketing Department, this role plays a critical part in driving business growth and maximizing return on investment. This position will lead efforts to scale our influencer marketing program by building long-term creator partnerships, executing impactful campaigns, supporting experiential activations, and ensuring every partnership delivers measurable business value.
As a brand that operates in a sometimes controversial space, we need someone who is comfortable navigating public perceptions, understands the challenges and opportunities that come with marketing a polarizing brand, and can confidently identify, pitch, and secure creators who align with our positioning. The ideal candidate will approach these challenges strategically and creatively, turning potential barriers into opportunities for meaningful partnerships and brand growth.
