Spec-Driven Software Developer

We are looking for a Software Developer to become the first engineer at RedTrack hired specifically for a spec-driven, AI-first development model.

This is a new approach for us. Rather than focusing primarily on writing code, the role puts strong emphasis on turning requirements into precise technical specifications, identifying ambiguity and hidden assumptions before implementation, and defining how the solution should behave under real-world conditions.

As the first developer joining RedTrack in this model , you will also help us learn, refine, and establish how spec-driven, AI-assisted engineering should work in practice.

Tasks Turn product and technical requirements into clear, implementation-ready specifications.

Identify ambiguity, hidden assumptions, constraints, failure scenarios, and technical risks before implementation begins.
