Recruitment Business Partner

Recruitment at Red Sky goes beyond filling open positions. We build the teams behind new ventures and help technology companies find people who can make a real difference to their business. As a RBP, you will own recruitment projects end-to-end - from understanding the business need and defining the search strategy to sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management and closing the hire.

You will work across two areas

Venture & Portfolio Recruitment - You will work closely with founders, investors and business leaders to find founders, founding team members and key hires for new ventures and growing portfolio companies.

External Recruitment - You will lead recruitment projects for external clients, working directly with decision-makers and taking ownership of successful delivery. This part of the role comes with uncapped commission linked to successful placements.
