MSP Procurement and SaaS Licensing Specialist

We are looking for an MSP Procurement & SaaS Licensing Specialist whois responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of technology assets. This includes sourcing vendors, negotiating master service agreements (MSAs), and managing the ongoing "true-up" and "true-down" of SaaS licenses for both the MSP and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

SaaS Spend Management: Monitor license utilization across the organization to identify "shelfware" (unused software). You will be the gatekeeper against redundant subscriptions.

Vendor Relations & Negotiation: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco). Negotiate volume discounts, tiered pricing, and favorable Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
