Patient Accounts Receivable (A/R) Representative

Job Summary

RCM Staff BPO is hiring a full-time Patient Accounts Receivable (A/R) Representative to support a medical billing company based in Florida that serves ambulatory surgery center (ASC), dermatology, and urgent care practices. The representative will manage patient balances from start to finish: posting patient payments, working with the insurance A/R team to confirm what can be billed to the patient, generating statements, following up on outstanding balances, and preparing patient A/R reports. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent follow-up, a professional phone manner, and experience working with U.S. patient balances and health insurance plans.
