Job Description
The QA Tech Lead partners with Tech Leads, Architects, and QA professionals to drive needs and improvements in quality process in areas such as test strategy, end-to-end testing, test environments, test data management, and more. This role is not a hands-on testing role but rather one thats helps provide advice and direction. The QA Tech Lead must have demonstrated experience in deriving test strategies and have a proven background in interpreting system architecture and integrations. As well, to be successful in this role, the QA Tech Lead needs to be savvy in deriving test data needs and fluent in helping to map test scenarios and workflows for end-to-end testing. Along with their technical expertise, the QA Tech Lead will be a strong communicator and collaboration partner.
