- We're building a trading product from the ground up and looking for a Product Lead who is both an active trader and an experienced product manager.
This isn't a role where one side is a nice-to-have. You'll be making product decisions that require real market intuition — understanding how traders think, what they actually need at execution speed, what separates a tool they trust from one they abandon, who the players in the market are, such as prop firms, brokers, data providers, what a CME license is, etc. Product management skills alone won't get you there. Trading experience alone won't either.
