Hold vendors accountable for performance, service levels, and results, and clearly communicate vendor performance to client leadership.

Identify risks, trends, opportunities, and performance gaps before they become escalations.

Partner closely with operational leaders through dotted-line accountability to establish priorities, monitor execution, and resolve performance gaps.

Serve as a conduit to Patient Access, Payer Yield, and other upstream teams to improve point-of-service collections, demographic and address accuracy, statement readiness, and patient-responsibility balance accuracy.

• Demonstrated ability to influence large-scale operational teams and drive accountability without direct reporting authority.
• Demonstrated success managing executive-level client relationships.
• Strong financial acumen with experience owning operational performance, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.

Proven ability to lead transformation, change management, and process improvement initiatives.

Hands-on knowledge of Epic builds, configurations, and work queues, with experience partnering with IS and vendors through technology implementations, vendor changes, and large-scale SBO transformation.
