HR Manager, India

Position Summary

The HR Manager, India provides local HR leadership and operational support to Quortex employees within India. Acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees, you will help create a positive employee experience whilst ensuring HR practices remain aligned with both local requirements and Quortex 's global people philosophy.

The role combines hands-on HR operations with business partnering responsibilities. Working closely with the local employing organisation and external providers responsible for payroll and benefits administration, the HR Manager will ensure effective delivery of employee lifecycle processes, compliance activities and people initiatives.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to local and global HR projects whilst supporting the continued growth of Quortex 's India operations. The role may also include management of a small team of HR administration resources as the organisation grows.
