Commission-Only Sales Representative (Remote, South Africa)

QuickTeam helps US businesses grow by placing high-quality offshore talent — trained, vetted, and ready to work — at a fraction of the cost of hiring locally. We handle recruiting, onboarding, and client support from end to end. We're growing fast and looking for closers who want to be paid for what they actually produce.

How this is different

Most commission roles pay you once per deal and move on. This one keeps paying. Every month a client's virtual assistant is working, you earn. Close a client once, and that account generates income for as long as the VA stays — and our VAs typically stay for years.

You're also not starting from scratch. We have a dedicated lead specialist who continuously researches, qualifies, and contextualizes leads for you, so you're always working a warm pipeline. Your job is to close, not to build a list.
