Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and CRM — you have built pipelines, workflows and automations in HubSpot, not just used them.
Proven track record of setting up and configuring HubSpot CRM for sales teams and operations workflows.

Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and able to work quickly under time pressure.
Must be available full-time (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK time) for a minimum of 1 month starting immediately.
A self-starter who can follow clear direction and deliver results efficiently.
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating asynchronously with a UK-based leadership team.
DESIRABLE
HubSpot certifications (Admin, Sales Software, Automation or similar).
Experience with HubSpot Service Hub or Operations Hub.
Familiarity with HubSpot API for custom integrations or technical adjustments.
Experience implementing CRM for startups or scaling companies where processes are being defined for the first time.
Previous experience documenting CRM configurations and creating handover materials for internal teams.
LOGISTICS
Education: We value skills and experience over formal qualifications.
Working arrangements: Fully remote from India, aligned to UK business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT/BST).
Contract: 1-month full-time contract with possible extension up to 3 months.
Start date: Immediate.
