The Social Media Manager will manage content across multiple brands and channels while ensuring each organization maintains its individual voice and contributes to a cohesive ecosystem-wide narrative.
The role requires someone who can quickly learn complex businesses and technical subject matter, translate that information into engaging content, and recognize when social interactions may represent broader client, partnership, media, or business opportunities.
The ideal candidate is highly curious, visually minded, organized, and proactive. We are looking for someone who can take direction and run with it, identify opportunities to improve content and engagement, and increasingly operate independently as they become familiar with our businesses and audiences.

Maintain a consistent publishing cadence while balancing planned campaigns with timely and reactive content.
Design & Video Production
Create social graphics and visual assets that align with established brand guidelines.
Produce and edit short-form video and support longer-form content as needed.
Apply strong visual judgment to ensure content meets quality and brand standards before publication.
Maintain reusable templates, brand kits, and creative assets that improve consistency and production efficiency.

Multi-Brand Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day social activity across a growing portfolio of brands and accounts.
Maintain visibility into upcoming campaigns, events, company announcements, and business priorities.
Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to gather information and develop timely content.
