Responsibilities:

Manage the Company's delivery business, this include Establish key metrics to drive growth of Company's delivery business

Define plans and strategies to grow both in-house delivery and 3rd party aggregators, working closely with marketing through innovative campaigns to engage, inform and motivate, as a result drive sales and grow the brand

Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization to retain existing customers and increase brand loyalty Establishing the CRM and business rules that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel Ensuring the guest database is segmented according to business needs, e.g. customer lifecycle, daypart, product, etc. for targeted marketing activities Establish key metrics to drive app installs and growth of Company's user base
