Property Management Maintenance Coordinator (Remote - Real Estate)

The Property Management Maintenance Coordinator is someone who will communicate directly with tenants, vendors, and Management. This person will respond to tenants through the company portal, communicate with vendors to schedule maintenance requests, follow up at the start of and the completion of service requests, and communicate directly with Management. TWe are looking for someone who is customer-service oriented, loves to problem solve, takes initiative, and takes pride in owning projects from start to finish.
