Who we are
Properstar connects real estate buyers, renters, and agents, here and everywhere. Buyers and renters find their next home with us, locally or across borders. Agents reach them in countries they couldn't otherwise sell into, in languages they don't speak.
Our Product & Marketing department grows the brand and our footprint. Small team, no fluff. We acquire new users, nurture them, qualify them, and turn them into customers. We believe in a new way of working, where AI is fundamental: you direct, you don't execute.
About the job
You own B2C growth end to end. You bring buyers and renters to Properstar . You keep them coming back. AI does the heavy lifting, you steer it.
That means multichannel acquisition and a lifecycle that runs from first visit to repeat visit. Search, paid social, email, push, app. The app comes first.
One gap matters most. People start with research: what a flat costs in Lisbon, how to rent in Spain as a foreigner. Later, they search for a home. Today we don't connect the two. You build that bridge.
2027 is the year we build and test the engine. 2028 is the year we scale it, with a large paid push in France, Spain, and Switzerland.
You own the budget and direct our paid media specialists. You report to the CPO.
What you'll do
Set the growth strategy. Channels, markets, segments, budget. Defend every euro with numbers.
Build multichannel acquisition. Test new channels, scale what works. Know your CPL, CAC, and payback by channel and market.
Connect research to search. Turn people reading guides and asking questions into people searching listings and contacting agents.
Make the app our first channel. Installs, adoption, retention. Move users from web to app and keep them there.
Own the lifecycle. Activation, conversion, retention, reactivation, LTV. Find where users drop and fix it.
Work the database. Segment, nurture, reactivate. Email, push, in-app.
Run experiments. Landing pages, onboarding, messaging, offers. Fast cycles, clear reads.
Direct the specialists. Set their goals, review the work, raise the bar.
Work with product and nurturing. Push for what moves conversion. Track lead qualification with our nurturing lead.
Prepare the 2028 ramp-up. Markets, channels, creative, tracking. Ready before we spend.
Build the playbooks as Claude skills, so the team and the agents can run them.
Talk to users. Read the data yourself.
What we're looking for
Growth track record. You've grown a B2C product with a large user base, across channels and markets. Real numbers, real graph. Show us. Marketplace, portal, or app experience is a strong plus.
Multichannel range. You've owned several channels and have strong opinions on the rest. Single-channel ads specialists won't fit.
App growth. You've driven installs and, more importantly, retention. You know what makes people open an app twice.
Database mindset. You think in cohorts and lifecycles, not campaigns. The cheapest user is the one you already have.
Product sense. You know how product changes move conversion. You bring PMs and designers evidence, not opinions.
Strategist and operator. You build the plan and you run it. You've owned a paid budget and answered for the return. You set up the campaign and pull the numbers yourself. No agency in between.
Deep AI fluency. Claude is your daily driver, in Cowork and Code. You've built skills and orchestrated agents. Tell us what you automated this month. "Open to AI" doesn't pass the bar.
Data and judgment. You measure what works and kill what doesn't. You also decide without waiting for the perfect test.
Ownership. Brief to result. No handoffs.
Leadership. You make specialists better and faster without micromanaging them.
Clarity. You explain things simply. You don't hide weak results behind charts.
Languages. Fluent English. French or Spanish is a plus.
What we don't care about
Where your degree is from. Bachelor preferred, not required. Track record beats papers.
How polished your LinkedIn is. We read what you've shipped.
Whether you've worked at a brand we recognize. The best operators we've met came from companies you haven't heard of.
Logistics Remote. Anywhere within +/- 3h of CET.
Type: Full-time, permanent contractor.
Start: January 2027 at the latest.
What we offer
B2C growth to own end to end. No committees, no hand-holding.
A large user base and an app to grow.
Budget to test now, and a bigger one to scale in 2028.
The AI stack you'd struggle to build elsewhere. Claude (Cowork and Code), Mixpanel, HubSpot. All paid for.
A title with weight. You report to the CPO in a flat hierarchy.
