We are looking for an experienced ABAP Architect with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable solutions, ensuring performance optimization, and leading technical design initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support SAP ERP applications using ABAP, OOABAP, RAP, OData, and CDS .
Ensure compliance with software design principles and object-oriented programming best practices .
Perform performance tuning , debugging, and optimization of existing applications.
Collaborate with functional teams, particularly in SD and PP-PI modules, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
Work with Cloud Foundry and Node.js technologies (preferred).
Participate in agile development processes like SCRUM .
Take full ownership of deliverables and maintain a strong focus on quality and timelines.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years of development and support experience in ERP domains .
Expertise in:
ABAP, OOABAP, RAP, ABAP Unit
Data Dictionary, Function Modules
OData Services and CDS Views
Performance tuning techniques
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Good understanding of functional processes in SD and PP-PI .
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Cloud Foundry and Node.js .
Previous SAP experience in complex implementations.
Familiarity with agile methodologies like SCRUM.
