Schedule:

• Day Shift:9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, every other weekend – hours vary
• Night Shift:4:30 pm – close, Monday – Friday, every other weekend – hours vary
• Compensation:$10-12/hour
• Overall Position Summary:Home Dialing Agent
• Performing outbound calls (surveys, courtesy calls) to ensure client satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

• Establish friendly connections over the phone quickly, positive and upbeat.
• Speak with customers in a polite and courteous manner.
• Consistently meet established productivity and quality standards

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to handle difficult customers in a professional manner
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent reading skills
• Pleasant phone voice
• Functional computer skills
• Telemarketing, Call Center, or Customer Service experience a plus

Computer Requirements:

Must currently have a PC with Microsoft Windows 10 or newer (NO Chromebooks or Apple Devices) Must currently have a headset with a microphone and mute capability.

High-Speed Internet connectivity. Internet speed must be at least 3 Mbps.

Must have a quiet workspace.
