Digital Content Authoring: Design, build, and publish interactive e-learning modules, digital user guides, video walkthroughs, and micro-learning assets from scratch using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and modern media tools.
Curriculum Architecture: Develop scalable training programs tailored to diverse user groups, including HR service desk agents, line managers, and general employees.
Asset Maintenance: Continuously update learning materials to align with periodic Workday release cycles, ServiceNow system enhancements, and evolving HR business processes.
