Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality email templates and web UI components .
- Establish and enforce front-end development standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks .
- Ensure pixel-perfect, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible UIs and emails.
- Review code, conduct performance audits, and resolve complex UI and rendering issues across varied email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, design, product) to plan and prioritize front-end and email initiatives.
- Mentor and coach frontend developers, fostering a culture of code quality and continuous improvement.
