Perenimals Growth Lead

About Perenimals

Perenimals is a character-driven IP built out of Perena — a Solana-native stablecoin protocol. We started with a cast of original characters and a community of crypto-native holders, and we're building toward something bigger: a world with its own visual language, lore, and cultural gravity.

We're at an early but real inflection point. The characters exist. The community exists. What we're building now is the system to turn that into a durable IP — one with licensing potential, collab pull, and a fanbase that actually gives a shit.

This role is for someone who wants to be the architect of that, not a caretaker of it.

What you'll do

Own the IP growth strategy. Set the content and channel strategy: what we post, where, how often, and why Establish growth metrics and hold the team accountable to them — not vanity metrics, but signals that the IP is building real equity Decide which workstreams to double down on and which to kill
