Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Field Services Technician to support the installation, transition, and sustainment of next-generation Voice Communication Switch (VCS) systems . This role is critical to successful site preparation, system cutover, & customer acceptance, and legacy system decommissioning in operational environments.
This position requires a highly skilled field technician who can operate independently, solve complex technical issues under time constraints, and work directly with customers to ensure seamless voice system transitions with minimal operational disruption.
