About the Role
We are hiring a Business Development Recruiter to run a full-desk seat: win new clients, grow and retain the accounts you land, and personally deliver the placements that keep those clients coming back. This is a sales-forward role for someone who leads with new business but is equally comfortable managing the full recruiting cycle end to end. You will be the single point of accountability for your book of business — from first outreach to signed agreement to successful placement.
