LLM Researcher

This is a remote position.

LLM Researcher We are looking for passionate candidates with deep experience in building LLM models from scratch to work on building open source models and solutions on top of them.

Responsibilities:

• Train and improve NLP models using various techniques.
• Fine-tune models based on specific requirements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest NLP research.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into products and services.
• Create and maintain documentation related to the training process and models.

Requirements

• Phd/Master's degree in computer science, math, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands on experience in NLP model training from scratch and improvement.
• Training a LLM / or large models from scratch, including traningset prep, fine-tuning, optimizations like quantization, etc.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
