What this Journey Looks Like
At Pearster , we are looking for a Semi Senior Process Engineer to join a project for one of our international clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in process analysis, mapping, and documentation , with a strong ability to understand business operations, identify workflows, and translate business requirements into clear process documentation.
This role will focus on analyzing and documenting current-state (AS-IS) processes and collaborating closely with a Solution Architect to define and document future-state (TO-BE) processes .
