About the Role

At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Short-Form Video / Reels Editor to transform raw footage and existing brand assets into polished, premium short-form video content.

• Equivalent professional editing tools are also welcome.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:
• Have a strong visual eye and can immediately recognize when an edit feels polished
• Understand the difference between premium branded content and typical influencer-style editing
• Know when to keep an edit clean rather than adding unnecessary effects
• Have excellent instincts for pacing, music, and sound
• Can elevate raw footage through editing and color
• Work well from an established creative direction
• Are highly execution-oriented and don’t need to own social strategy
• Can consistently deliver refined, brand-ready work
