About the Role
At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Head of Client Delivery to own the post-sales journey from onboarding and implementation through adoption, retention, and expansion.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can manage complex client implementations, build trusted relationships, and translate business goals into effective AI, automation, and GTM workflows .
You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and leadership to ensure clients launch successfully, see value quickly, and remain successful long term.
