RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop testing procedures to evaluate the design and effectiveness of key controls across all lines of business Execute testing plans as directed by the Business Risk& Control Testing Manager Document testing procedures and results in sufficient detail to allow for independent re-performance from auditors or regulators Perform initial root cause analysis with business staff upon the identification of a testing exception Perform initial documentation of identified issues based on industry standards and internal procedures Maintain a working knowledge of industry best practices for testing techniques Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards Other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES Interpersonal/Customer Service Skills
