Broker Sales Executive – Employee Benefits (West Coast, Remote)

Parento is redefining paid parental leave in the U.S. We partner with employers and benefits brokers to deliver the first fully integrated parental leave insurance and support program. We’re hiring a Broker Sales Executive to build and grow our broker channel across the West Coast and Mountain regions. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on developing broker relationships, creating pipeline, and closing new business. You’ll work directly with brokers, consultants, and PEO partners to bring a differentiated, mission-driven benefit to market - and play a key role in scaling a fast-growing, VC-backed company.
