We are hiring a Venture Scout to find companies worth our diligence, and to open relationships with investors who back private companies directly.
Pairs is a global network of family offices, institutional investors, VCs and angels. We screen deal flow very tightly, and the opportunities that clear our diligence go out to the network. We invest alongside them too.
THE ROLE
This role works across both sides of Pairs . It is for people who bring in deals on their own. You bring founders from your own network who are raising, learn what makes their companies worth an investor's time, and bring the strongest to Pairs .
Most of the work is first contact done well. You write to founders and investors in a way that earns a reply, turn those replies into calls, and bring the right ones into the network.
