We are hiring a Venture Partner to bring new opportunities into Pairs , and to grow the network of investors who see them first.
Pairs is a global network of family offices, institutional investors, VCs and angels. We screen deal flow very tightly, and the opportunities that clear our diligence go out to the network. We invest alongside them too.
THE ROLE
This role works across both sides of Pairs . You bring in companies worth our diligence, and you grow the network of investors who back them directly.
This role is for people who bring in deals on their own. You already have an active network of founders who are raising, and investors who write direct cheques. Here you open new relationships on both sides every month, using the same approach that built your existing ones.
