You will operate as the primary business owner of the TikTok Shop channel, combining strategic planning, financial accountability, and hands-on execution. Manage day-to-day platform operations through Seller Center, including product catalog accuracy and listing health.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product launches, resolving catalog or operational blockers promptly.
Maintain complete operational visibility across the channel in alignment with fulfillment stakeholders.

Evaluate promotional performance to uncover repeatable growth levers across Latin American markets.
Lead and provide direct strategic direction to the TikTok Affiliate Manager.
Establish affiliate program priorities, evaluating commission economics and overall channel contribution.

You will also directly lead the TikTok Affiliate Manager and collaborate cross-functionally across creative, inventory, fulfillment, and digital commerce teams.
At Oceans , you’ll also receive guidance and support from your Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in the role and ensure that you’re continuously growing and developing in your career.

At Oceans , we believe in T-shaped individuals—those who bring deep expertise in one area, paired with broad curiosity and interests. As a TikTok Shop Director, your vertical strength will be TikTok Shop business ownership, Seller Center operations, and GMV Max strategy, while your horizontal capabilities should span channel P&L management, D2C unit economics, inventory planning, and cross-functional leadership.
