Skills and Qualifications
At Oceans , we believe in T-shaped individuals—those who bring deep expertise in one area, paired with broad curiosity and interests. As a Creative Director, your vertical strength will be Creative Concepting, Storytelling & Short-Form Content, while your horizontal capabilities should span Team Leadership, Performance Creative Optimization, and Lean Budget Management.
