Overview
Ocean Bank is seeking an ePayments Representative to support the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of electronic banking transactions. This role performs essential operational and administrative activities involving ACH payments, wire transfers, mobile remote deposits, personalized bill payments, reconciliations, and customer support.
Responsibilities
Process, balance, reconcile, and monitor customer-initiated electronic transactions within established deadlines.
Support ACH processing, returns, prenotifications, Positive Pay exceptions, and U.S. Treasury reclamations.
Monitor outgoing online banking wire transfers and complete required verification and approval steps.
