Growth Lead – Practice Channel

nyra health builds the digital tools that make neurological rehabilitation work inside and outside clinic walls: myReha, the patient therapy app, and nyra insights, the clinician platform. 100+ clinics, 100K+ patients across DACH. €20M Series A. 3× MRR growth target for 2026, driven by a team of 50 Ownership, excellence and patients first: that is how we drive progress together.

Your role. You lead the team that brings myReha into therapy practices across Germany. Therapists use myReha as part of their daily work, bringing their patients onto the app so they can keep training at home between sessions, with the therapy funded by our insurance partners. Success here is not a signed contract but a change in habit: practices that make myReha a natural part of how they treat, and patients who stay active. You own the full loop, from bringing new practices on board to getting their first patients started and keeping them engaged over time. Think supply-side growth at a marketplace, not a classic sales role. You expand and lead a team, set the direction, and stay close to the work by joining calls yourself. Location: anywhere in Austria or Germany.
