About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our inside sales operations, focusing on small and midsize businesses and our partner program. This is a player-coach role: you will build our outbound engine from scratch, run discovery and demos, and close business directly while recruiting and coaching an elite inside sales team. You will lead with the NexGen value narrative, helping remote SMBs reduce turnover through Community, Collaboration, Culture, and Communication. To succeed, you should be a self-motivated builder, a strong closer, and a coach who raises the performance of everyone around you.
