NOVALINK SOLUTIONS LLC is looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in IT staffing, recruitment, and client relationship management, this is your opportunity to work with a global consulting and engineering services firm.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• ✔ 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment
• ✔ Strong communication skills with a focus on relationship building
• ✔ Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho or similar) and recruitment tools
• ✔ Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
• ✔ Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• ✔ Experience managing offshore teams (a plus)
• ✔ Familiarity with Individual Consultant Records (NICRs) — updates, creation, and termination
• ✔ Must be US-based
