What You'll Do
Prototype AI agents for candidate matching, workflow automation, or decision support.
Fine-tune large language model (LLM) prompts and models for hiring-specific applications.
Experiment with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
Integrate AI modules into platform processes alongside product and engineering teams.
Conduct internal A/B tests and evaluate AI features.
Education & Eligibility
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Eligible for an unpaid co-op or internship placement.
You Might Be a Fit If You:
Have hands-on experience with Python, OpenAI APIs, and LangChain.
Understand the difference between building a model and developing an entire system.
Enjoy turning abstract ideas into working prototypes.
Are interested in natural language processing (NLP), LLMs, recommendation systems, or agents.
Are comfortable working quickly in ambiguous situations.
Bonus Points
Have built your own AI assistant, GPT, or participated in a hackathon project.
