We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager fluent in Russian to join our team someone ready to build and manage partnerships, drive growth, and support our affiliate network with professionalism and strategic vision.
What you'll do
Develop and grow the affiliate network: recruit new affiliates and partners who fit our target audiences, and onboard them with the right tools and guidance.
Manage affiliate relationships: communicate regularly with affiliates, provide support and resources (promo materials, tracking tools, offers), and help them perform at their best.
Monitor campaign performance: track KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, revenue), analyse data, optimize underperforming campaigns, and work to improve overall affiliate program results.
