Key Responsibilities

Track Lead Notes received from LO (Loan Officer) Monitor incoming “App Submitted” emails, and set up the Encompass files to align with LO Lead Notes Complete “File Set-up” review when App & Docs are received from the client. Includes ordering credit, organizing docs in Encompass, correcting obvious errors on the client app, etc Send files to the Pre-Approval team when we have sufficient docs for them to complete their review.
