Client Concierge

We’re looking for a Client Concierge to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable with technology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, respond promptly, and create a positive experience for clients in just a few minutes.

Key Responsibilities

Respond quickly to new lead opportunities (inbound and outbound) from multiple sources.

Engage, qualify, and guide potential clients toward the right next step — whether that’s booking an appointment, starting an application, or connecting them with the appropriate team member.
