This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in Workday HCM and related modules, with a strong ability to design scalable solutions , understand the final product , and provide accurate effort estimates for complex projects. You will serve as the strategic technical lead, ensuring that Workday solutions align with business objectives and deliver exceptional performance.
Job Responsibilities
Solution Architecture: Define and design Workday HCM architecture for new implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
Estimation Expertise: Provide detailed, accurate estimates for development, configuration, and integration work; advise on resource planning and timelines.
Technical Leadership: Oversee technical design sessions, validate configurations, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Integration Strategy: Collaborate with integration teams to design secure, scalable interfaces between Workday and external systems (payroll, benefits, finance).
Configuration Oversight: Guide functional teams on Workday configuration for Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and other modules.
