Job Summary
Next Generation, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer , is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Integrations Developer to develop, and maintain complex integrations across the Oracle HCM ecosystem. You will be responsible for technical design and coding for mission-critical data flows, ensuring accuracy, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor) and underlying data structures, and is passionate about building robust, high-performance integration solutions. This is a remote role with occasional client site visits.
