Growth Manager

We are looking for Growth Managers to join Nivetha E-Academy , where you will mentor and guide aspiring e-commerce entrepreneurs. As a Growth Manager, you will act as a bridge between students and the academy, ensuring they receive the right support, resources, and motivation to succeed in their e-commerce journey.

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Student Engagement & Support – Assist students in building a strong connection with the academy team. ✅ Student Management – Manage and communicate with an assigned batch of 100 students to ensure their progress. ✅ Live Sessions & Guidance – Conduct live calls to track student progress and address their challenges. ✅ E-commerce Strategy Sharing – Provide insights on sales growth, inventory management, and business optimization . ✅ Community Building – Foster a supportive environment that encourages networking and collaboration. ✅ Remote Work & Flexibility – Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule.
