Role

• Own recruiting standards, people practices and workforce development for Netziah 's distributed team.
• Key responsibilities
• Define hiring priorities and approve structured role-related interview criteria with department leaders.
• Lead recruiting, employee onboarding, performance practices and HR documentation quality.
• Coordinate staffing budget approval with Finance and validate Philippine employment compliance with advisors.
• Required qualifications
• Leadership in talent acquisition, human resources or people operations.
• Strong knowledge of fair job-related interviewing, onboarding and personnel record safeguards.
• Professional English, discretion and ability to build remote-team HR processes.
• Preferred qualifications
• Philippine labor compliance familiarity and global remote hiring.
• Zoho Recruit, ATS reporting and people analytics.
