We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist with the structured rollout and user adoption of a specialized digital application in the public sector.
You will work closely with employees, helping them understand how to work with the client’s software. You help German municipalities to successfully digitize their processes. This is a long-term opportunity to contribute to the modernization of public services in Germany, remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria .
