Director of Project Management

nClouds is seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead and strengthen our project delivery function across a fast-paced, global technology organization. This is a fully remote position based in Guatemala, offering the opportunity to work directly with U.S. leadership, delivery teams, and customers while helping shape how complex cloud and technology engagements are executed. Position Summary

The Director, Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for leading and scaling the Project Management Office for an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, ensuring consistent, predictable, and high-quality delivery of cloud transformation engagements. This leader will establish project governance, delivery standards, portfolio management, and operational excellence across AWS consulting services, working closely with executive leadership, Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and AWS Partner teams.
